Course Description
The eight (8) hour course consists of nine (9) fundamental modules that focus on the knowledge and skills that every employee in supervisory capacity needs to know. For those who are already engaging in these areas of responsibility, it provides an opportunity to sharpen those skills. Other topic discussed include lean construction processes, composite crew costs, importance of diversity, generational challenges and the effect of market competitive pressures. While some topics may be more than what most foreman need to know within their immediate responsibilities, the program enriches their understanding of the business of construction and gives them insight into what might be ahead as they move up the administrative ladder.
